Residential projects in which Motorized Solutions supplies and installs hard-wired 24V or AC, interior, non-specialty shaped, vertically mounted, motorized shades/blinds qualify for Motorized Solutions’ industry leading coverage. We are so confident in our products and the precision of our installations that we will extend the manufacturer’s warranty to the original owner for a lifetime! Fabric and controls are not part of Motorized Solutions’ lifetime warranty and are limited to the Somfy 5 year or Lutron 8 year warranty.
Manual products, components and fabric are warranted against factory defect for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery.
